Yoga On The Terrace

Let’s practice our way into the summer season! Join us this Sunday June 1st 10-11:30am for Yoga On The Terrace @jasper.fargo hotel!

I AM excited to be collaborating with Yuj Yoga and their amazing instructors to lead a Mini Creative Journaling Practice focused on intention and vision for this season.

In this practice you will learn a handful of the @art_of_daily_practice_ foundations and have the opportunity to decorate your mini journal. (All supplies included)

Kick-off summer with a 90-minute outdoor yoga class co taught by Allison and David on the stunning fifth-floor terrace of the Jasper Hotel. Bring your yoga mat and sunglasses so you can soak up sun and breathtaking views of Downtown Fargo. Each participant will receive a complimentary wellness mocktail from RoseWild, perfect for sipping post-class or taking to-go.

But that’s not all... we’ve got swag and we invited the radiant Artist Nichole Rae to join us. She will gracefully guide you through creative journaling, because the terrace is the perfect place to set a new summer time intention.
