I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO CREATING SPACE WITH YOU IN YOUR HOME

Below you will find all the details you need to know for our session together.

I will also share the process I will be teaching you that we will be using to create space in your home.

I want to share with you that
”I AM PROUD OF YOU” for the steps you have taken to begin this journey.

As your Guide + Coach I will be there every step of the way and will meet you exactly where you are.

You have already taken (many) steps on this journey and I AM here to keep you inspired, motivated, focused and hold space for you.

All that is required is an open heart and mind and you already have that so let’s practice -lets go towards the Love- and create space in your home for you to live lighter, feel lighter and cultivate your vision within.

I AM READY TO PRACTICE WITH YOU

It is normal to have all kinds of thoughts and feelings about this process and what it will look like, feel like and so on.

I AM passionate about being at the beginning with you and holding space for all the “feels” that come with beginning something.

We will be applying the Art Of Daily Practice durning this process which will help you navigate this journey with ease.

WHAT YOU CAN HAVE READY

  • Reusable bags *if you have

  • Trash bags / shopping bags

  • Music

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Favorite beverage

  • Journal + pen

  • Computer paper or any larger paper *if you have

  • Marker - any color

  • Optional: If need a chair to sit durning the process or if you have a folding table to elevate items from the ground. (we can use bed for closet)

THE FOUNDATIONS

Durning our session we will use a collection of practices from the Art Of Daily Practice that will include:

  • For-Give + Release

  • “Stop Story” Affirmation

  • The Leaning Technique

  • Intention Journaling Practice

  • I AM Affirmations

THE PRACTICES

  • This is a tool create space of heavy thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, stories and memories.

    For-Give: A choice to GIVE Love a way in to your mind and heart for you to see a different perspective with understanding and truth.

    We will use this practice as an outspoken affirmation. It can be said mindfully or written in a journal.

  • We will use outspoken positive I AM affirmations to fill the space we are creating with intention. Positive affirmations will help ground and strengthen your truth. I will also send you written I AM affirmations for you to have once our session is complete that you can have as part of your daily practice.

  • This affirmation is powerful in helping you become aware of when your mind is playing a story about the item. We will use this practice to soften this part during our session to allow your present self to guide you through.

  • This is a mind+body technique that we will use as a decision making tool. I will teach you durning our session and this will become a useful tool for your practice moving forward.

  • We may create a Divine Spiritual Team that we can use durning our practice if we need extra guidance or support.

    This team consists of a Wisdom, Compassionate and Empowered figure.

THE PROCESS

  • We will begin with the declaration “I have a daily practice.” Together we will sit for a few minutes and journal your intentions, vision and clear space with For-Give + Release. I will also teach you the Leaning technique. We may add in an outspoken intentional prayer for our session.

  • Intention: Release the emotions and conflicting energy of each item and make them neutral. The goal is to make piles of items with similar energy to have them “marinate” and neutralize the energy. We are sorting without meaning. This phase allows the items to rest before going to the next phase. You will get a chance to “interview” each of the items in Phase 2. 

  • Intention: Interview each item now that the items have rested and become neutral. Each item will have the opportunity “to speak” and have time with you for your to interview it if need and process. We will focus on gratitude durning this phase.

  • This phase may be optional based on if you are needing help with organizing or if it something you would like to do outside our session as part of your practice.

  • This may happen at the end of our session or may be scheduled for a separate virtual session. This phase is optional.

    The Practice:

    Take inventory of what you have, what you need, and what you desire. 

    Set intentions for shopping

    Collect I AM affirmations to support your practice.

    Document your vision. Make a list of colors, styles, fabrics, brands, how you want to feel, descriptive words.
