This self-guided course provides a foundation for you to become a student of the Art Of Daily Practice.
The Art Of Daily Practice is a creative healing arts practice that carries a collection of practices to bring inspiration, healing and guidance into your life through a daily practice.
This course is the “where” to begin. If you have practiced with me, have another online guide or have followed me on Instagram and want to practice more with me this is the place to begin.
This course will introduce you to the three foundational journaling and affirmation practices that will help you create space within for healing, cultivate the connection to your present self and allow you to go forth into your vision with confidence and clarity while creating a daily practice.
This course evolved from my own practice over the last 6 years. It carries everything I have learned, practiced and shared with others. This course carries my heart and I AM passionate about being at the beginning with you. I AM grateful you got “the nudge” to learn more.
This course is not your traditional online course that includes videos, lectures and so forth, it is a called a course because you become the student when you begin. You will learn through this course and you will become your own guide as you practice and go through this course.
I will be there each step of the way. This course carries 45 pages of inspiration, guidance and the steps you need to take to begin a daily practice. This course was designed with the intention for you to practice with me as if we are in a one-on-one session together. All the guidance I would share in a session are on these pages that you would need to begin, learn and practice.
If you are student of the Art Of Daily Practice and have the creative journaling guide (Practice With Me - A Collection of Lessons To Inspire A Daily Practice 2017) this new course will deepen what you have learned and strengthen the three foundational practices and your daily practice. If you have the guide and have not begun yet, that is okay. You are exactly where you need to be. Begin here and then go towards that guide and learn five additional practices you can use in your daily practice.
This course is to be used with a journal and pen. There are few pages that can be printed for you to use like a interactive guide though all can be done with a blank journal and pen while using this digitally. All that is needed besides these two supplies is an open heart and a tiny little bit of willingness which I know you have both because you are here.
